Okay, so I had dinner the other night with one of my managers at work. She's a cute outgoing girl and I'm relatively sure that its just a friend thing. First of all she's my manager so...technically we arent allowed to have a romantic relationship. And second...well, there isnt really a second. But anyways, I talk to her online and stuff and I cant ever tell if she is flirting with me or not. I try my best to keep up with the quazi flirting that is going on but its so borderline that I really have to guard what I say or else I'll step a little too far and the jig will be up.

She is going to the movies tonight with her friend and her friends boyfriend. She extended an invite to me but it was more of a "Hey if you want to go its all good." rather then a "Hey, I'd like you to come out with us." so, I'm thinking she just wants to be friends. On the otherhand it may be another one of those borderline situations and she's just trying to ask me to go with her without -actually- asking. Anyone know what I'm talking about here?

Also, I left a shirt at work on accident yesterday and she just called me and told me she would bring it with her tonight. I dont really know how to read that. I mean, its no problem at all for me to pick up the shirt the next time I'm at work.

Anyways, this whole situation is really stressing me out. I dont know WHAT is going on. Its like... I'm not looking for a relationship, but I might not mind a hook up. Buuuuuuuuut I work with her so blaahhh..... If anything I'll have a new drinking buddy, which is also dangerous cause aparently she gets wild while drinking and I am in a habbit of not saying "no" to girls who want to have fun.

That is good advice though. That's how most of my relationships started, and it saves you from making a move and being shot down, then having to face her on a nearly daily, if not daily basis. Normally I wouldn't suggest such an indescisive move, but seeing as how you're not really looking for much, it wouldn't hurt to just play it by ear. Just be you, fun and flirty and if she's interested, something will eventually happen.
