Haha, yea I probably should have. He actually visited "the Motherland" and went to Beijing a few weeks ago. He put up this Christmas tree and it has these Chinese ornaments on it, but I have no idea what they mean. One's a ship with some Chinese characters on it and another is like, 3 hats or something? There's some cool ones made out of jade too. All of them gold and red, naturally.
