When I was in college Itried to buy stuff at Circuit City using my mom's credit card and they wouldn't let me because it wasn't mine so I just left and left my stack of awesome items on thecheckout counter, then they went out of business, and i was like haha fuck you idiots, and i never looked back... sure its sad that stores that carry metal CDs and stuff are going out of business but they wont let college students use their parents' credit card so fuck them. this was like 5 years ago.

That's quite the story, man.

Anyway, Rascal Flatts is a band that has some serious balls. I saw a new CD of theirs in the store that was priced at a mind-blowing $13.88. For a Rascal Flatts CD. In 2012. Wow, dude.

Fuck Rscall Flats, I worked at an outdoor venue and one of my last jobs was to work security at a Rascall Flatts concert. The rednecks got retard strong and pissed off like faggots, and I ended up beating the shit out of some redneck faggot in the parking lot because he got out of his car, nad started beating on another redneck in another car. I ended up tearing my deltoid in my left arm. And the company that hired me wouldnt cover it because I was technically off duty at the time, I broke up the fight in the parking lot leaving after work. So they wouldn't cover it. I worked one more show after that, Crue Fest, during which no fights too place. And I still caught crowd surfers at the pit barricade even with a torn deltoid, cause I am a fucking badass... but seriously country rednecks are the worst... horrible poeple...

I'm really not sure what makes you think those slurs are appropriate and appreciated on this board.

Oh, yeah, that's pretty awesome. Also very cool that Google does regionally-relevant graphics as well, which I hadn't realized until today.

OMG why didn't I switch over to WordPress for my homepage before now?! I feel like I've been wasting so much time with coding HTML. Ah well, live and learn.

Oh boy. Yeah, that makes a pretty big difference. Arcade Diaries was a code hell for me, and much of what killed that project.

Come to think of it, a fair amount of my projects were curtailed because of the back coding issues involved. No muss, no fuss here. Boy howdy!

As for now, a WordPress site more or less covers all of the bases of what I want to do with my homepage. I wish I had listened to creeper so many years ago.

As for now, a WordPress site more or less covers all of the bases of what I want to do with my homepage. I wish I had listened to creeper so many years ago.

I only advised you to do so because I took your exact same route for like 3 or 4 years and couldn't believe how much time I felt like I wasted after I switched over. Hope you are digging it! Just don't be like me and then completely give up on everything all together.

I'm definitely enjoying the simplicity of the new interface, and the massive amount of plugins that can be added boggles the mind. I know I'll be rewriting some of my old blog material in the new format - with a couple years of added life experience under my belt, that is.

Flipping the Concatenation site over to WP shouldn't be too bad, but I want to spend more time figuring out the format before I dive head first into that kind of project.

I've never understood that Picard wtf macro. Mostly because I know the context of that scene from "Menage a Troi" and that he's fake acting a profession of love to Lwaxana. He doesn't look all that bewildered.
