Ate pancakes three out of the last four days, ran 8 miles today. Do I keep continuing? If I eat pancakes six of the next eight days will I run 16 miles?

damn i ripped a 425 lb dead & it wasn't that hard. i am v close to pulling double body weight.

today I pulled a 440lb dead which puts me past double bodyweight and also puts me past 1100 lbs for my PL (combined maxes on bench, dead, & squat).
