i definitely have no knowledge of or advice for running, but next week i'm starting a new 12-week strength program that will also require 4 sessions a week, so if nothing else we can work to hold each other accountable to make sure we're getting in all our training.

Hell yeah, brah. I'll update this weekly with distances and times, maybe? You could with lift stuffs? Man, I haven't seriously lifted since 2014. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to do some preventative stuff for my joints. Strengthen my knee areas.
