Frank's on everything. Sometimes I poor some in a little 1/4 cup and dip my food in it. Like chicken or steak. But seriously, on everything. And in the rare occassion that I don't think it will go with something, then it's time for that thick Rooster stuff. That's the back up plan.

Anyone else have this problem: If you eat a lot of hot food, your nose just wont stop running. And it's not the kind of running nose you can just inhale really hard to fix. It just keeps running unless you whipe it. Well, at least that's the problem I get.

Franks is good. You should try this with it. Instead of just franks for dipping chicken or steak (fish is good too), melt some butter and mix it in with it. Its really good.

My main sauce is Tapatio. I pour that shit on everything.

If your talking about salsa for chips, I make my own.

I used to work at a foodchain in the Southeast called Firehouse Subs.

We were required to have at least 50 hot sauces available to customers at all times.
I was never really a fan of hot sauce, but there was a couple I actually enjoyed.

One of them was called White Lightning, the other one had a dalmation on it...
I don't remember what that one was called.

My parents are true whiteys who cannot take a good hot sauce, so Tobasco and Tapatio are popular for them on anything. When they use sriracha they use little more than a few drops.

The gentleman above who mentioned Dave's Insanity is onto something. Also, pure capsaicin is the hottest stuff on earth and you don't want to take it straight. But if you're looking for a burn, put a few droplets of it into a chili as mentioned and you're onto something.

I'm a fan of habaneros for heat.

a good one is el yucateco....both red (habanero) and green are good heat/flavor

My thoughts exactly. That's a man's hot sauce that doesn't taste like ass. I think they're just what you're looking for, SP.

Personally, I regard adding capsaicin to a sauce as cheating, so I don't have much respect for most of the ultra hot sauces out there except as dangerous chemicals, but there are some sauces now made from naga jolokia peppers. If you can handle a shit ton of heat, you might try looking them up on the intarwebs.

does anybody know what brand of hot sauce has a spider on the label???

i remember trying like, a drop of this hot sauce once that had a spider on the label and quite literally i felt like i was going to die. it was EASILY the hottest thing i ever ate ever.

franks hot sauce is good, and it's pretty much as spicy as i like to go these days.

I had high hopes for Blair's Habanero chips. What a let down those were.

Remember Tim's Habanero chips? Those things were awesome. I don't see them around anymore though.
