This chick seems so awkward in this video that it makes me like this song even more. Her expressions are almost blank yet the song is so 'upful and ting' (<---stolen from my fave reggae lps).

This is not your typical motivational type song however being that I'm a mama too it does it for me. The admiration, love and pride he sings about is everything I want and work hard for to be to my sonny

A fine choice of Beyonce track (screw the accent mark, I can't find that on my keyboard).
Any selection from this band makes me feel like I run the world, but I'll throw this one out there as it's one of my all-time favorite party jams:
