The more I think about the two episodes so far the more these clever-like zombies scare me. They scare me as much as the super fast moving ones do.

that show "fear itself" had a zombie episode I really liked called "new year's day"... clever, some were fast and I liked the ending a lot. Yet - smart zombies no bueno.

way too clever! and competing for food w/ them at the same time as not becoming their food! Insane. And no way would I live out in the open like that. If you have no other choice start building a city in the trees like Robin Hood (costner movie) style.

Last night's show was really good... I like how the drama + zombie action just blends perfectly...

this show feels EXACTLY like the comics, which for me means that its clearly well done, people love it, and im just kind of indifferent. liz is all about it. in fact, we pretty much got a DVR just so she can watch it...

It has been pretty controversial to have the zombies accept other food sources ie animals but ultimately I think it's a good move to better differentiate the series from other traditional zombie stories. I also had a hard time accepting how articulate they made the zombies with their using of rocks and climbing of ladders and fences. I heard a good interview with the director and they talked for about 10 minutes about zombie speed and other various takes on zombies lore and they seem to have things pretty well thought out and I think they are taking things in a good direction. There's a good thread about this show in the minibosses forum but there's lots of spoilers since a lot of them have been following the comic. I hope they eventually show what happened on the roof with the saw

My heart beats so fast when I watch this show, the entire time. Even when nothing scary is happening. I also find it hard to sit still. I get up and pace a little when it's on.

Not many zombies film can do that to me. They all pretty much scare the bajeebus out of me but very few actually make me so damn nervous. I got this nervous when reading Rhiannon Frater zombie books too.
