yeahh...what?....i dont know what this really means...im assuming something with a dingo but yeaaah!

1. exercise on weekdays (lifitng/cardio) with sauna for 10 minutes every day
2. listen to best sellers on auidiobooks during workout (specifically spy novels)
3. do not smoke until the sun goes down
4. do not drink unless it is friday, saturday or sunday

If you're trying to eat more nutritious stuff, it might be a good idea to stock up on frozen vegetables. You should be able to get big bags of 'em on the cheap in any supermarket, and they last a good while, won't spoil and only take a few minutes to boil up. Even if you can't add them to your meal in a particularly heroic way, at least you're getting some more of the good stuff. Canned veg counts too, of course.

hey, perfect, ive been HARDENING THE FUCK UP for the past two months anyway. this month will escalate in

1-i quit smoking a while ago, but have been totally been cheating anytime i have a drink by smoking crappy cigars. no more of that. last one was sunday.
2-im on a detox right now, and i already feel better. but seriously miss drinkin and blazing. frown.
3-upping my workouts to be regular. i havent been doing so great, usually hitting the gym once a week in the past month. no more of that shit. stick to my 4 times a week plan!
4-reading books. i hate to admit it, but ive read like 3 books in the past year (that werent comics). tonight i will start THE CITY AND THE CITY by china mieville.
5-FALLOUT 3. because there needs to be something fun on this damn list.

it is kinda nice to have some sort of place to whine about this, and get some support

first of all, funky fm music just really does it for me.  Even if it's something corny like early mariah carey I can get way into the music with the fm bass and keys going on.   Then, there's everything else in this song.  The enigmatic title.  The synth programming brings out all the right emotional responses in me:  leads that remind me of thunderforce (even if the portamento isn't quite as exaggerated), chording synths that remind me of very old and charming genesis osts like super monaco (except somehow they don't sound as flimsy here), and of course a solid bass.  Great original motifs, interesting harmonies, good melody, rhythm.. everything that can make a song great is here!

I'm going to stay late at work 3 nights a week and work on my dissertation. I'm also going to do it during the day in little bits of free time I can find... so less Shizz and DoD work for me :( but this needs to get done.

I am now getting up earlier, now I need to start actually working out (which is the reason I am getting up early)

Reading more, I got a kindle for christmas and it's truly inspired me to read more

Yeah I have been trying to stick with water and coffee only, and trying to only drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning. If I do get soda, I try to get root beer which has no caffeine. Also aiming for about 2 liters of water per day, at least.

Yessir. This is a big one. Also trying to get out of the habit of enjoying one right before bed. It's kinda tough because the habit is basically making smoking an indicator of when it's time for bed, or like a sort of finality to the day. So by trying not to do that it's like I'm sitting there like hmm I should go to bed but I really want to do this... but I shouldn't... now I'm confused...

Although I have spent most of the day thus far sitting at my computer, much of it has been spent reading "My System". I wish there was a little more organization into the exercises and what order, and maybe there is toward the end, but once I'm finished I will write it all out for myself and share.
