finally did some workouts this week after HTFUF caused my entire lower body to blow out. i've had to go back to wear shoe inserts for the ankle pain and will probably have to keep the running to a minimum, but so far i'm not getting the awful knee and back pain which basically sidelined me for a few weeks. I probably could have started back up again last week, but it's hard to start a routine again once you break it.

Ugh, I think I tweaked something in my back doing standing shoulder presses and my legs are still killing me two days after leg day. I want to do something tonight, might just isolate chest or arms.

If you guys are seriously getting blown out then you should dial it back some. It's not age (I'm older than most of you) but you might have to approach it a little slower. Keep at it tho, I love to see more people working out so I can give them props.

Yeah, I was pretty shocked by the update myself. I assume it has something to do with the mobile app version that's supposed to come out any day now.

I'm fine with the update, isn't particularly good or bad in my opinion. One little nice feature is when you input exercises you can check your history of that exercise.

woke up early to go work out but all my stess has given my some odd 'stress-flu' and i know that working out will help but hot damn i just dont want to go
(it involves satan disguising himself as a bird who unlocks police cars!)

Yeah, I missed Monday of this week due to illness and I've made up for three of my four days in the gym since then. I told myself earlier in the week that I needed to go do my leg day today, but I'm having trouble finding the motivation.
