I accidentally saw this thread title and mistakely thought "Oh no what has happened now?" Didn't realize this was from 2013.
Anyway, this happened almost a year ago and it's still a pretty fucking sad event. I didn't really know Amy at all but interacted with Derrick a few times. Basically a big loss for everyone who knew or came in contact with them. It took quite a while for me to listen to Nowhere Man And A Whiskey Girl's music after the shock of last year.

I saw there was a remembrance planned, or recently passed.
An incident I tend to push away thoughts of.
Its good, that folks can turn to each other, and put good use to dark happenings.
I saw a lot of posts from about Mark, and his community and friends the other week too, which was nice but hard.
