Mr. Warrior died in AZ last night.
54 is like 120 in "wrestler years", such a shame to his wife and kids, and less so to the hundreds of people who adored his years at WWF.
He had legally changed his name to Ultimate Warrior so that he could legally keep using the gimmick after leaving WWF. Apparently, he wasn't much different in real life from his character, only slightly less crazy but just as intense.
Possibly the only guy more wired than him was Randy Savage.
--Aside, I hear current WW Champion Daniel Bryan also lives in Scottsdale.
