Started out on Art Academy on DSiWare because I wanted a simple way to learn how to draw/paint. Done three lessons so far, I've always wanted to be able to make my own backgrounds for use in my own games, hopefully I'll be able to do so soon.
I'm just following the lessons one by one for now, but the tree example will really help, definitely learned more in 3 simple lessons than what I ever did in art class back in highschool.

i've observed-
it's kind of weird after coming out to your parents/some of your friends trying to totally come to terms with using the term 'gay' to describe yourself, especially in conversation. like i'm not afraid of it or bothered by it or anything, it's just weird to kind of navigate using it in a way that isn't totally disingenuous since it's such a pop culture-ized term.
i've observed-
