Is there a better "record what's playing on the screen" program than FRAPS? I want to be able to record the audio and have a lot going on (bullet hell) without my PC slowing way down.

edit: oh, I guess there was just too much stuff going on outside of the game/FRAPS, so I just have to close other programs. But still no audio :/

edit 2: a PC game.

Are you trying to record a PC game? Or just something running off an emulator? If the latter, try Camstudio.

So last night I said "Fuck everything, I'm doing five blades". Verdict: I'm actually honestly not sure the shave is any closer than the cheap one-blade disposables I had been using. On the other hand, the fact that I'm not cutting myself 3-4 times per shave (ONLY LINKIN PARK TRULY KNOW MY PAIN) is a major point in its favor.

Arrgh I can't figure this out!
I installed my sound card and I have my keyboard plugged into it through the mic, and even though the sound comes through my computer's speakers I can't figure out how to record it onto the computer! Lame!

edit: Classic-Wolf needs to lay off the crack and stop posting.

make sure the right input is selected in audio recording options? obvious i know, but it's all i can think of

sometimes my mic and computer don't get along, and i have to mess with "Sounds and Audio Devices" in the control panel for a bit

no. I don't smoke crack, I smoke something green and fluffy, alot. And drink my brains out, but for some reason I can't stand cigarrettes. Plus that was random postage from when I'm not myself in the morning. Insane animal I am. I can't stop myself from posting, so too bad!
