I picked it up today, but who knows how many hours I have left in Xenoblade before I can move on to it.Hey, anybody playing The Last Story yet?
I just got it today.
The packaging for it is really nice; it looks more like a book than a video game.
I've only put an hour into it so far, but it seems pretty fun.

It's pretty unique. I heard it becomes easy, but I really enjoyed the tactical battling early on.Which 3 RPGs would you best compare it to?
You're right at where I am, Valak Mountain (finished it tonight) and the difficulty curve just went up. Back to questing...I picked it up today, but who knows how many hours I have left in Xenoblade before I can move on to it.

I saved my game as close to the battle against Zangurak as I could.
This is where I started playing tonight.
I think I played for about 3 hours AFTER I beat the final boss and I actually started to think the game literally wasn't going to end.
...But then it did.
Ugh... I'm really tired now.
I had no idea how long I'd been playing 'til just now.
I should probably go to bed before the sun comes up.

Obviously Virtual Console games are emulated, is it possible to use those official internal emulators to emulate games? Or do you have to use Homebrew ones?

You have to use the Homebrew emulators for the Homebrew ROMs, and you have to use the official internal emulators for the official ROMs (a.k.a. Virtual Console titles).Question here for guys with mods:

From what I understood some people had said that the Roms in the virtual console weren't any different from the average ones you find on the internet.
Perhaps it's because they are encrypted they can't interchange them?
Though it's not a huge deal I guess. The GX emulators can still use the same true low res modes can't they anyway? (That's what I mostly care about aside from the Official N64 Emulator)

$299.99 for the 8GB white model
$349.99 for the 32GB black model
Not sure if I want to preorder one just to resell to make some extra holiday cash (will wait a year or two before picking one up). I'm wondering if they will have the same issues with restocking these on the shelves as the Wii.

That's a really good price considering the tablet alone is probably 100? I dunno if they gave it a price, I don't have time to research these things.

Colin, Matsu, and I went to a Fat party where everyone was pretty fat and I went to get a beer and this fat girl sat between Colin and Matsu on the futon and she sank while they were boosted up.
That party also had Fat Kareshi and we were all excited so when we left I said "bye Fat Kareshi!!" and he was all like "huaghaughahhaha byeeeeeee"

8gb and 32gb, that's just not enough.
Apparently Bayonetta 2 is WiiU exclusive. Not sure if it's a proper or timed exclusive. Kind of a weird game to hang your "we've got exclusives" hat on.
Unless Nintendo starts going heavy into releasing new games as digital, 32 GB is a shit-ton to store NES, SNES and N64 games.
Also, the system is compatible with external hard drives.
Quote from Reggie:
"You can plug in a full-on three terabyte hard drive if you want. I'll love you as a digital consumer," Nintendo America CEO and president Reggie Fils-Aime told Engadget. "The reason we did it that way is that the cost of that type of storage memory is plummeting. What we didn't want to do is tie a profit model to something that's gonna rapidly decline over time. We'll let the consumer buy as much as they want, as cheaply as they want."
