Gave myself a light full body go yesterday. I'm sore, but not wrecked. Now I've just got to keep that restraint up so I don't trash myself and lose more time.
I have a lot of catching up to do to get back what I've lost and to lose what I have gained.
I doubt 9 inches would play much into a relationship, if at all.

I just ran 10 kilometers in 49:17, and I'm not dying, so yay me
Likewise for me. I did about 10k on the rowing machines last night. I was feeling every inch of it, but I survived. Kudos.

Been doing this lately and it fucking me up pretty good. You're supposed to do them all in very quick succession. I can make it through just over one set and I'm feeling it for two days - and that's with a couple 30 second breaks in between.

Dude, there's nothing I love more than cold watermelon. NOTHING.
We should try and make a point to get together and eat a disgusting amount of this heavenly fruit one day.

Not working out so much recently has been a pain, I've got this big training event we've kicked off to keep me busy and I'll be way up north in AK for a bit. Really looking forward to getting back and being able to take my mind off everything and lift.

what do you guys do for protein after workouts? im starting to think the protein bars i eat arent really helping me too much. no sugar, but the replacement sugar alcohol isnt much better from a health standpoint
