Hola,

My name is Clemens. It's an okay name, I guess. I am a grad student working on my MA degree at York University (Toronto, ON, for those who don't know... and I imagine most wouldn't).

For one of my policy classes, I am working on a project about the Minis. Most people in my class are studying the national ballet... or opera companies... or blah blah blah. I'm not really interested in that stuff - I'm into music communities, and how the Internet is helping to build and facilitate them. The Minibosses seemed, to me, to be a great example of a hybrid scene.

I'm interviewing the band, but I'd also like you guys (the fans? Minibossies? forum pimps?) to help out if you've got a minute. I've created a survey that you can fill out. It's short, won't take long, and will help me immensely in getting the info I need to pass this course and show that research on something other than 'high' culture is worthwhile.
