It's too hard, I'm so awful.

Like I keep using these stupid high execution guys and it's killing me. When you drop a combo with Magneto or Dante, you are so wide open.

So either I do easier combos, even though I don't even do the hard ones, or I pick guys with easier combos.


And Magneto and Dante kill Task Master in damage, unless you are good enough to chain supers.



I should just learn Joe Morridoom. My Joe is pretty good, and he's way good with missiles, and I can do the flight cancel fireballs with Morrigan, but I'm not using it correctly. And I have the good Doom midscreen almost down, and the easy but best corner combo. I would just need to learn a giant doom tac combo, and I'd be set.

And fchamp got me interested in Dormammu again. I'd like to make a Captain Dorm team, they could be paired with a lot of dudes.


But I've been playing Dante Magneto / Magneto Dante with Doom anchor. It doesn't work that well. Dante is better with beam assist, but I use missiles because it's really fun with Magneto. It's so much better than cold star.

My problem is I make a team of guys to practice with in training mode, then I just make it my team.

Champ might be the best right now. He's on this ridiculous level that makes him scary in a ton of matchups. He's actually dropping Phoenix so he can focus more on Dorm. Guaranteed top 5 at Evo.

too bad evo isnt 3/5 all the way, they really need to do that and do like 4/7 top 8 and 5/9 winners and losers and make grand ft10.

So now that my former boss has UMVC3 (after I bugged him to death about it), I've gotten a lot more play time in. Jumped on XBL earlier and managed to get a few win streaks in and went up two ranks! I swapped up my team to Akuma/Magneto/Phoenix, too. I like Phoenix since she appeals to my aggressive style and hits really hard, but MAN, one good combo or one hyper combo and she's DONE. Been getting better with her but if I slip up at all I'm fucked.

i think mag doom is the best, ive been playing them with dante point, joe point, or sentinel anchor, akuma anchor.
