was simon belmont gay?
not that it matters or anything, but I remember being 8 and thinking he was a little hmm off you could say. today was day 1 for my 12 day vaction so I went on youtube and watched like a shit load of "captain n" shows. funny how i remember a lot of them.
but in every show Simon always pulls out a mirror to look at him self, he brushes his hair quite more then a non gay male would. he seems to hit on Princess Lana alot but it seems forced (like maybe he is trying to prove something) and when they do talk its more of a girl to girl chat.
i found this webpage: simon invideo land
here is a part of it:
Instead of a long-haired, battle-hardened gritty figure, Simon was presented as a Don King-haired, muscle-bound superjock with a goofy pair of goggles and a backpack. Simon would often pose in front of a mirror and compliment himself about his flawless hair and pearly-white teeth. He would strut around like a regular Casanova and connive his fellow heroes with his charm and Fabio-like voice, even if it meant belittling them.
----
To put a topping on this mess, Simon was also the biggest coward in the land, a trait that was hardly suppressed. Oh, sure--there were times when he'd gleefully whip a mummy into oblivion as he quipped, but, oftentimes, he'd screech at the site of the Count or a lowly werewolf and head for the hills. It's not exactly the resumé you'd expect.
any one else notice?

For the Love of Creativity - updated September 6th, 2010 (new blog up about PAX weekend)!
Concatenation Records - updated August 2nd, 2010 with the release of Ryan8bit's new album 2010.8.2!
I should hopefully have at least one VG disc ready this year - it's a catch-all with half-old (but re-recorded/rearranged), half-new VG tunes from various systems. I'm still sorting through all the tunes, so if you have any suggestions - holla!
Songs left to do this year - what do you get when you cross an elephant and a rhino?

Such a blasé attitude! "who cares, it's done, end of story, will probably be fine."

I never noticed that the MegaMan box said "High Resolution Graphics"
lol
The NES resolution is considerably less than that of TVs of the time...

the mega man box painting is on par with game magazine fan art.
anyone care to recreate that pose photographically?
your efforts would not go unrewarded. (docking)
