Take a look at this resume... Almost every single cartoon that has a theme I enjoy was written by this man. How is it that I never noticed his name pop up on the screen every time. He also wrote the background music for a ton of cartoons. Some of that background music, like in Ghostbusters, is just fantastic!

Not only has he been writing amazing music since the 70's, but he was doing it all the way through to the 90's as well. He wrote X-Men for shit's sakes! That guitar riff is amazing. He-Man Wrote that... Ghostbusters wrote that. How is this possible!

Anyway, I am not really sure what the point of this thread is, other than to try and share some of this guys music.

I have never heard of this man, and I have never seen most of the cartoons listed on that streaming site, but the first song I listened to was the Digimon TV series theme, and it made me lol...not necessarily in a good way. I'm going to continue listening to other things now.

Edit: Alright, so it didn't take long to be sold. Massive points just for the great Gamma Ray-like generic power metal of the U.S. Power Rangers theme alone.

Edit 2: After listening to the Super Pig theme, I really want to see this show.

i always enjoyed the 90's x-men and spider-man show themes he did. kinda forgot he pretty much did everything though. consider this appreciated!

I remember a good chunk of the 80's cartoon theme songs.

just because you didn't care about him until then doesn't mean everyone else didn't. he's got impressive and well known credits dating back to the early 80's, so I'm don't know what you are talking about.

i've been a huge fan of shuki levy for as long as i could read and appreciate music, i think

edit: didn't realize he did the attack of the killer tomatoes animated series themesong though! that song ruled!
