RIP sir.

The first guitar I ever played was an old LP copy.

Well, if anyone had a good run, it was Les Paul. Had a signature guitar for 55 years, his guitar is THE MOST collectible of all guitars, he played gigs regularly into his 90s... man, if my life is half as good by the time I die, I'll consider myself a lucky man. RIP!

Man, this is sad.
Les was the man.

But his guitars will forever be here.

My first reaction was a definite D:

But I have to admit 94 is a good, ripe age. I mean it's never cool for anyone to go, but at least the guy lived a long, full life. And gave us some amazing guitars.

RIP

The audience, they're not professionals. They just love music. It isn't necessary to play over their heads to be admired.

such an awesome guy. he did so much for music in general, and when it came time for him to have to sac that because he broke his arm, he had it specifically reset so that he could play guitar. i dont think the world could have done without him, such a brilliant man.
