Totally awesome tower defense game based off the Warcraft III variant, Defense of the Ancients.

Being that there's not many players here on TheShizz, I thought I'd spread awareness, though, the game is still in the beta testing phase, so if we don't have any more beta keys then you can't play :<. Leonidus and DH might have some, but I'm not sure. I think a few of my OCR peeps do. Also, like mentioned before, there's not really many shizzie players, but there's a SHIT TON from OCR, so we're all part of the OCR clan.

Anyway, with beta keys it's first come first serve, so post if you want one. Like I said though, I don't have a damn clue how many more we have. Oh and here's the website if you're curious.

I gave my last invite to norg. But I'm sure we could round some up if people want to play. It's a great game for sure with lots of strategy and mind games. I would say that this game has elements of different genres of games. The matchup between different heroes and mind games are very reminiscent of fighters, and the micro aspect and item builds are taken from the wc3 engine and are seen in SC also. While the game doesnt center individually around each of these facets of gameplay, it does a great job blending all of them together to give us DotA and now HoN. Peeps should definitely try it out.

I don't see why not. Be warned, however, that games last from 20-60 minutes (usually 40) so it might be troublesome to play at work.

Oh also I did some double-checking to be extra careful and this game does indeed run on Mac as well as Linux.
