Whoa, that's fucking weird, I just brought my PSP downstairs to try to finish Chrono Trigger.I just beat Chrono Trigger for the first time. I feel extremely fulfilled.

It's an incomplete list and I still haven't singled out the games that SHOULD be finished and the games that I could finish. Then there are a few crappy games that aren't mine that I put on there for the sake of knowing every game on the Wii. List is taken almost directly from spreadsheet document
I have actually completed Ocarina Of Time of course, but I want to play through it again and the master quest version. Some of these games are recently aquired, I bought Tales Of Symphonia on Ebay about a month ago and have been playing that through, finally up to disc 2, it was well worth the money. I'll create an updated list and eliminating the games I really don't need to bother with. I've only finished about 5-10% of games that I own...

common mistake! dave warhol made the main theme.
http://www.fatman.com/
George "The Fat Man" Sanger did the rest.
he's done more amazing music than you may realize.
WHAT'S EVEN MORE AWESOME:
this is their original recording of Jeff's theme. no shit. when the soundtrack got made, it was band-recorded then chipped out.
They did the same for Zak:

Nice story.I have a funny story regarding Maniac Mansion. Buying the NES version was one of my earliest eBay purchases, probably second after buying an NES itself, back in '98 or '99. Back then I had to have my mom write a personal check for me to pay for my eBay purchases, but apparently the seller was even more of an eBay newbie than me. Unbeknownst to me, at least until it arrived, the seller shipped me the game BEFORE receiving payment. In fact, I received the cart before I had even mailed out the payment. He's lucky he didn't get someone who would just stiff him.
I probably have about 50+ games I could bring up, so I won't mention a single one of them.
Plus, you all know I still need to beat Final Fantasy VI anyways.
OH WAIT
*waits for it*

Backstory - I decided that I'm buying way too many new games and not spending enough time playing catch up with every game I already own.
So a couple weeks ago I made a list of everything I own but never finished. Some of these I never even started...but I will not buy another game for anything until I finish EVERYTHING on here.*
Here we go, in no particular order.
Wii
PSP
Persona (good ending)
Dreamcast
Bangai O
GC
DS
SMT Strange Journey
360
Dead Rising 1
Monkey Island Special Edition
Orange Box (Half Life 2/Team Fortress 2)
Beyond good and Evil HD
PS1
Heart of Darkness
Persona 2: EP
Breath of Fire 4
PS2
Odin Sphere
Devil Summoner Raidou Kuzunoah 2
Persona 3
Disgaea 2
La Pucelle Tactics
Makai Kingdom
And here is my progess so far (finished games are crossed off).
- Earlier this week I finished DK 64. I'm glad I finally got through it but man was it brutal. Very monotonous very lazy, just poorly done overall.
- Started Hybrid Heaven have 3 hours invested in it, up to Level 3. This game is ridiculous. More thoughts in the N64 thread.
- Yesterday I finished 3 games! BAM.
- Warioland Shake It! was pretty good but very short. I think it's better than Kirby's Epic Yarn actually (Good Feel made both games, for those not aware). Better pacing and challenge. I kinda wanted to get 100% in this but some of the challenges are crazy and I can't spend tooo much time doing bonus stuff, I had to move on.
- Tokobot is without a doubt a 5 year old PSP game. It certainly could have used some polish, but it's a cute little puzzle platformer that overstays its welcome sometime in the middle of the story. The last bosses were dicks, and I have no idea why you learn so much with all three formations when you only needs to use one type of attack to beat it? Oh well.
- Ultimate Ghosts and Goblins...aka Game Over: The Game...I gave up on this a couple months back when I was on 2-2, Death Castle. I probably died 1,000 times in this. But I somehow did a marathon of this last night and made it to the end thanks to a shield you can fly on...I used the shit out of that...but oh you need 22 golden rings to fight the last boss (I only had 3 at the time http://theshizz.org/...R#/rolleyes.gif )! God, what a GnG game. Add a couple hours on top to get that shit and I finally finished it in almost 7 hours total. Overall it's a nice challenging game and enjoyable as long as you're a patient person. Oh and having experience with past GnG games helps, obviously. BTW, Super is still the best.
- I started Darksiders a couple weeks back and tried to do at least an hour per night but that quickly fell apart. Mostly because the PS3 is in my room. It's pretty rad, I just have to get back to it.
Thoughts:
I'm trying to get a lot of shorter ones finished so the list looks a lot cleaner...
What should I start for Wii now? I'm thinking either Muramasa or No More Heroes 2.
PSP will probably get Patapon 2 next. I only have Persona on there because I got the bad ending and am trying to work my way to the good one....I already made the right conversation options, just have to play through it...
I cleared A LOT of DS games before making this list. It used to be Advanced Wars 2, Phoenix Wright 3, Chrono Trigger DS, and maybe one more on top. Strange Journey remains.
I didn't put some NE/SNES stuff on here because I wanted to keep it simple. If I did it would expand the list by 20-30 titles and I would never get anything done.
Also I have one GBA game to finish, Minish Cap, buuuut I didn't include that one because meeeeeeh.
Yes I spent too much time on this. I'm gonna link it in my sig for reference. Bam.
I also made a list of games to get and it's well over 100. http://theshizz.org/...O_DIR#/ohmy.gif I figure by the time I get through with my backlog a lot of these will be very inexpensive.
2011
2/7 - I finished Patapon 2 and Hybrid Heaven a while back and haven't had much time to finish anything else due to girlfriend and whatnot. But I have jumped back onto Darksiders and am near the end on that so that'll get checked off next. Also I'm almost through Disc 1 for Grandia which I had forgotten to put on the list til now, whoops.
2/12 - Completed Darksiders in the middle of week and started up Prince of Persia Two Thrones right away. Finished it today. Good stuff. Not sure what's next...
3/3 - Thanks to the girlfriend I finished Batman last weekend. Still treading through SMT Strange Journey and am obsessed with Marvel so yea it's taking a while to get through here. Kinda got caught up on some other things personally but I am now trying to figure out my next main console game. Might stick with PS3 or move onto some XBox stuff. Does anyone even read this anymore? No? Fuck.
4/2 - I hate Persona's final boss. So dumb, but at least a decent challenge in comparison to Grandia's final boss. I'm whittling away at the PS3 backlog, only 2 left! More to come.
4/11 - Finished a good deal since the last update, Zack and Wiki Space Channel 5 and inFamous. I might finish out my Dreamcast collection next.
7/6 - Daaaamn haven't updated this bitch in a while. I got caught in a rut thanks to trying to master MvC3 and now that some majors are in the past now I'm focusing on clearling this list out again. I've made some great progress since my last update and I'm continuing to move forward. Still worried about all those RPGs though.
7/8 - Devil Summoner 1 completed after 5 year hiatus! And I also manned up and finished Red Faction Guerrilla. Making good progress, only around 40 left to go and 12 of them I've already worked on at some point in time.
7/17 - Pretty good week of finishing Bioshock/Blue Dragon. Slowly but surely working through Odin Sphere.
8/18 - If you exclude the PS2 games, I'm down to under 20! If you include the PS2 games, I have a couple hundred hours ahead of me...
10/5 - Demon's Souls is done! PS3 will now collect dust unless I decide to put PS2 games in there! Hooray!
2012
6/5 - Holy shit, 8 months? Well i finally beat Skies of Arcadia for the first time in my life. Feels amazing to get that off of the list.
8/4 - Assassin's Creed 2 is done, feeling really good about myself. 11 to go, 3 of them being somewhat close to finished whenever I decide to pick them up again.
8/24 - Dragon Age and Condemned finished back to back, 9 left.
* I broke this promise and bought/played through maybe 10 games since first posting the list, oh well.

Colin, Matsu, and I went to a Fat party where everyone was pretty fat and I went to get a beer and this fat girl sat between Colin and Matsu on the futon and she sank while they were boosted up.
That party also had Fat Kareshi and we were all excited so when we left I said "bye Fat Kareshi!!" and he was all like "huaghaughahhaha byeeeeeee"

I want to mate with someone else who has a monobrow, just to see if our progeny will be born with thicker ones, and so on until our great-great-great-great-grandchildren are born with furry bookshelves on their foreheads.
and if shit goes sour... girls may come and go, but i'll always have pokemon......

any ff game.
but much more importantly, i got to the bar in snatcher a couple years ago, got sidetracked in life, and for some reason never went back and finished what was to possibly be one of the most bad-assical times evar.
i always think about it but it always gets over-ruled. wtf
That game is fucking awesome and the only reason I own a Sega CDX.
I have so many games I want to complete and so many I want to try out. I have never completed Deus Ex as much as I love it. Haven't finished Final Fantasy VI nor V nor IX nor X nor XII. Haven't finished the brilliant Bioshock. I have Shining Force III that I bought at Bookman's that I haven't even opened yet. I need to save up some money to get a legit copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga (probably my holy grail as far as gaming is concerned). The entire Shin Megami Tensei series. The reasons I buy them in the first place is that I enjoy the series and they tend to be hard to find if I don't snatch them up the first time.
My pile shame is really too numerous to keep up with. I'm barely including all the PC games I have as well.

Been tackling this slowly but surely.Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
- This is probably most important to me. Played it a few times but I never had a GameBoy so it was always just a few minutes at a time.
I think I am just going to trade in a bunch of games I haven't beaten and get the new DKC.

You are so welcome.Spook's post prompted me to write up my own backlog list. Now that it's done, I just want to say "Spook, I hate you." for reminding me of the little time that I don't have for catching up with all of this crap.

Colin, Matsu, and I went to a Fat party where everyone was pretty fat and I went to get a beer and this fat girl sat between Colin and Matsu on the futon and she sank while they were boosted up.

Ugh. I've been working on Super Mario Galaxy for like 2 years (had to start over when my Wii got stolen). Am stuck on the last level of SMB I, stuck on SMB II, and barely have played SMB III.
Own Twilight Princess but haven't cracked it open.
Preordered the Miles Edgeworth game and was REALLY looking forward to it, but haven't even had time to unwrap it yet.
Want to get New SMB Wii but have promised myself I won't get any more games until I finish Mario Galaxy and Twilight Princess.
Me and the old man actually started on Twilight Princess the other night! We wanted to see where all the monsters from that cheap (but rad) Link target shooting game came from. Too bad it's "our" game file and I can't play it when he's not around. But that'll keep me from staying up until 3 AM playing it.

Tokobot is on my to-do list too. I'm hoping I'll like it because it gives me that Mega Man Legends/Tail Concerto feel. I got the PS2 version, though.
I'm actually in the mood to do some mainstream stuff. Goodness knows I'm going niche enough lately with stuff like Solatorobo and PC-FX games. I've been reading Nintendo Power issues from 1993, so I'm thinking I'll play Star Fox. And after hearing about Zelda 3 in every issue, I'm getting an urge to beat more Zelda. Maybe I'll finally go through 2 and follow that with 3. That would get me "caught up" with the series as much as I really give a damn to do (don't really care about anything past OoT at this point in time, although I love watching Majora's Mask).
