Too be good is to be free, not of talent or wealth or want, which cannot be promised or accurately proscribed, but of personal choice, which unfortunately is promised even less.

And Fallout I know is probably superb, but it isn't a fantasy world unfortunately

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.....
-the internet gods will see our gesture and give zio diamond armor
-zio's eyes will glaze over and he will give rickson-style punches to any he deems undesirable, resulting in the highest mag death count to date. the board of directors deems the shizz suite unfit for human life.

You must mean fantasy world in the positive, non-apocalyptic sense then. Either that or you were making a pretty clever political statement, hehe.
Well ok, it's BASED on our world, so I can't claim it is purely fantasy:

But even so, you don't realize it is supposed to be OUR WORLD when you are in it. It's really a destroyed world and any reference to real-life locations seems to be in title only. I did see the Washington Monument once... it seems more like a nice little Easter egg than an actual huge plot point for the game..
If you want a better post-apocalyptic game not set in our real world, check out RAGE
Even with 90% of it being destroyed, it's one of the most beautiful games I've played, graphically, and the attention to detail is astounding

This would've been nice to know in the first post.Nice call on Lost Oddyssey, but this guy only has a PC
So, you're wanting an RPG, but you only have a PC. Are you wanting a WRPG? Because that's almost all you're getting on PC.

"You know BornInCrimson, guys, right? The guy who hosts, like, Dwelling of Duels? I was in there with him, and Master Hatchet, that guy kicks ass. He has like these metal arrangements. But anyways. I'm trying to say...uh...I was there with these guys, and uh..." ~ Ashane, Magfest 4
