Haha, I was thinking that too, that it might not be totally possible.

Maybe some of the intervals are impossible, but getting the general "feel" of the solo is absolutely doable.

You can do it, all you'd have to do is tune the guitar in such a way that makes the notes necessary to play the song easier to reach.
Not exactly easy, but "never" say "never" or "impossible".

There exists a metal cover of that tune (see below), but I find it relatively meh. The production is terribly muddy and I hate the guitar tone.
