[Guy In Rubber Suit]

Tetrisphere is a great game. I picked that one up for 9 bucks at one of my local game stores.

I'd love to pick up a copy of Aidyn Chronicles even though the graphics are horrid and the gameplay isn't that stellar. It has a so-bad-it's-good charm to me.

Both of those games are ones I'm stoked to play/review sooner than later. Tetrisphere in particular I remember loving for its music. We'll see if it still holds up.

So at school here my roomate's brother is visiting for the day, he brought his N64 with essential party games, and apparently he's like 10 games short of completing the entire library. Interesting stuff, I thought.

Well, time moves on, and the collection has continued to swell in size. The biggest boon I've had recently was at the Portland Retro Gaming expo, which I was lucky enough to attend with Eric, Jiggs/Juggs, and Ashane. I'd brought $200 for the event, and ended up with ~$300+ (at average eBay prices) for ~$180. In all, I added just shy of 50 games to the collection, which included a few of the more expensive titles like Mario Party 1 & 3 and Ogre Battle. All in all, it was a pretty swell day.

That was a bit over a month ago, though, so there's been plenty of progress in the mean time- and currently the collection is about to enter its final 30 games. A lot of the ones remaining are fairly common/well known but still somewhat expensive titles- namely, both Zeldas, Super Mario 64, Paper Mario, and Conker; plus Worms Armegeddon, Starcraft 64, and Harvest Moon 64. If you have and are willing to sell, trade or otherwise part with any of those remaining games, please send me a PM or hit me up through something like Facebook. I'd much rather give Shizz folk some dollars than some random dude on eBay.

If you haven't been checking up on N64th Street: The Blog, you've been missing out on a fairly steady stream of reviews and revisits. You've also been missing out on our new and improved images- while I enjoyed taking pictures of the TV so that it's all nice and scanline-y, to say that doing so and getting passable shots is both time-consuming and agonizing would be putting it lightly. So, I'm now running video through my capture device (Pinnacle Dazzle USB), and that means better clarity and animated gifs!

Wow, you've come a long way already! I sadly don't have much to offer you, unless you want me to go back to that apparently-overpriced used game store again. Which I totally would do for you, if you wanted. Otherwise, as always, good luck!
