Throw a little more final compression on your mixes and you'll be sounding AMAZING.

, but when I finally got the mix sounding good (at least to my taste), I was so afraid of ruining it with too much compression I ended up being a little too conservatitive with the mastering limiter.I'm so glad that Luiza's back after so long. That track of yours kicked ass, dudet. I wanted it to place higher...but whatever. All that matters is you're back. Would be great if you adjust your track and make it higher overall.
Congrats to Sacredsim and Harjawalder. You guys definitely deserve first place this month. Awesome Wave Race tribute.
Thanks a whole lot to anyone who voted, or really anyone who listened. I don't really care where it placed, I'm really just glad to have finished something after over 2 years. I will definetly (sp?) be making adjustments before I post it on myspace or whatever.
There were some pretty good tracks this month, I gotta say my favorite was the Super Metroid track, so airy and mysterious. But otherwise, congrats to Sacredsim and Harjawalder for the win, I loved the tribute to such an awesome game.
as for next month, it should be very interesting, lots of great soundtracks to choose from, anyone up for a collab?
