Got it on Steam. Name on there's DeathCubeK. I'm really liking it! Kind of a Torchlight vibe graphically and gameplay-wise (loot whoring), mixed with wave-based setting up defenses type stuff. I can see this stealing a lot of time. One other thing, the Xbox 360 version is not cross-platform play at all. The others (iOS, Android, Steam, PS3) all play together.

I'm trying to figure out how in Batman Arkham City they could have gone from the incredible Metroid Prime style of level design to an "open world".  If anyone picks it up tomorrow, I'd like to hear about the quality of the open world design.  Does it feel like a big square with mostly repetitive areas and a few special locations like pretty much all open world games?  I think the greatest exception to this usual rule was Red Faction: Armageddon.  That was a quite decent open world, though I still greatly prefer "real" level and game design to a big square filled with missions and side missions.

Haven't played it yet, but from the couple of reviews I read it sounds like the "open world" is similar to the center hub area of the first game. So you still go into dedicated areas split off from that hub. Sounds like the hub area is just a lot larger and more fleshed out now. Either way...MOAR BATMAN
