Its been a long time since I lifted weights so I feel like a general novice when it comes to this stuff. I have a pretty good arms and shoulders routine down but what about the chest and back? Does anyone have any good recommendations for those areas?
I mostly use free weights at home if that gives you an idea. I'd greatly appreciate the help!
As a absolute lover of all things Final Fantasy Tactics, I really am underwhelmed with the remake. Here I was all excited thinking I would be able to play FFT on the go, but I don't know...something just feels different with this one.
