Today something went bonkers with the program that turns incoming emails into tickets and updates to tickets. At first it seemed like the day was going really slowly and then we started getting the phone calls, and then it was basically a disaster. It was still going on when I left and I understand that now there's some workaround in place that's creating tickets, but in multiples of 8 or 9.
Gonna be a blast tomorrow!
