Well, according to google:

Who's percy:
  • United States writer whose novels explored human alienation (1916-1990)
  • English soldier killed in a rebellion against Henry IV (1364-1403)
Where's percy:

Dead.

As an interesting side note, Percy is also a british film about a man who has a penis transplant, and then proceeds to meet all the women who recognize it from its previous owner.

Percy is Ron Weasley's older brother. He started working at the Ministry of
Magic after he graduated from Hogwarts. He's kind of an asshole, and completely
disowns his family. I kind of wish he would die.

I have no idea...it was from Google's "define" function. Apparently someone on the internet thought it notable enough to list that as a definition.
