I am not a unique and beautiful snowflake
I realize why I don't post on here so much anymore. I didn't have much to post about. Lately I was thinking there wasn't alot going on. Boy was I wrong. I was getting so caught up in life that I forgot that there are some really awesome bands coming out of the woodwork. I have also learned I am getting old. With old age comes the lack of wanting to go out every night so I can catch new bands. I know once I leave the house I am good to go and will have a great time, the hardest part is just leaving the house.

Always workin, always burpin
Well, long ago in a city far far away there was a band named Travolta. It was a modest band, with an even more modest following, but the members later went on to do great things. We are still trying to find out exactly what those great things are. Untill then they are getting together again for the first time in almost 9 years. You might be asking yourself "Why are they doing that? Didn't they have a huge falling out with lots of court battles over the rights to play the music after the breakup?". Well, these guys have horrible memories and forgot about the past. So make sure to check these guys out before the band breaks up again. You will be kicking yourself if you don't.

MAYDAY MAYDAY
Tonight is a reunion show of Bella (Rock Nation), I am very excited and will be there with bells on. I know it's not on the calendar but it is in the shows and stuff forum, so check it out. That's all I got for now.
Remember if you drink don't drive, and if you drive don't drink.

Another day another 23 cents.....
The Last Saturdayz at Drip Coffee Lounge was very cool, not alot of seating, let's say it was "cozy". The atmosphere was cool. Mike from Fatigo played, Rocky from Skinwalkers played a few songs and unfortunately I don't remember the other two guys, one of which put the show together.
This friday, Emperors of Japan and Roman Arms will be rocking hard at Mesa's own Hollywood Alley. EOJ I have heard is the best band in the Valley, I have seen them a few times and the guys are all very nice gentlemen, I will have to watch them again to see if they are the best band in the valley :)

It's been a couple of years since I have typed anything here. It will probably be a while before anyone notices.
I am noticing I am getting older and as one gets older it becomes harder to get out. I hate that, but it's the truth. There is a whole new under current of music that is coming out and it's awesome. I was at Shotfest a couple of weeks ago and was crazier then the original. I had a great time and fortunately I survived. This weekend I am going to the Drip Coffee Lounge for their Last Saturdayz and see Mike Montoya plug away on the guitar. Should be lowkey which is never a bad thing :)
