So I've been making another serious attempt at losing weight. Gymming is hard because of logistics. But I've been doing Weight Watchers, and I'm down 30 pounds since the beginning of the year. The main thing I struggle with is finding something to monch that is satisfying but not super bad for ya, and quick/easy meals that don't get boring after a week. And beer. :/ But I found a bunch of staples that I like, and it's working.
I do want to work in gym though, because .. well, age and atrophy are not my friends, and it causes problems when I try to do something like ... anything other than sitting around the office or the house. :/
