So...I feel like a total dick for asking but after wiz and myself looked at finances, there is no way that we can afford to take cab's to and from the prom tonight and get to the bus station tomorrow. This trip is costing more than we saved up for.

Is there anyway that one of you awesome people could spare a couple of stupid californians a ride to and from this shindig tonight? You guys have already been the most generous and helpful people everytime we've came here and if someone can't do it, I completely understand. I've made my bed, now I'll lay in it. But, I'm hoping that someone can help.

Where are you guys staying? I will be heading down as soon as I get the kids settled down with the sitter. I will have room in the car. I will have to leave early though so you might have to find another way home. PM me and we can figure something out especially if you guys are staying downtown.

I had to help him back into the hotel room. While it doesn't look broken, it is a little swollen and he can barely walk on it. Doesn't look like we'll being going. I guess fate was really set on us not going

Dear, Shizz

After I left the Tavern I went to pick up my dress from the cleaners and showed up to find that they had CLOSED with my dress inside held hostage. I guess time got away with me while we were decorating and I didn't even think about the hours of operation on Sat.

Amongst a handful of other things that happened shortly after that shitty surprise; it just felt fate was against me going out and slowly but surely the spirit of prom fled and I ended moping. I probably should have just came but my plans were just so completely messed up so I moped

Can we do this again next weekend? AH!! Hope it was fun! Please post pics soon!

Back home

This was a lot of fun. Smaller turn out than I expected, but in a way I think it worked out better that way because everyone ended up pretty much hanging out together rather than forming small groups and shit like has happened at pretty much every other Shizz event I've been to (there was a bit of this in the beginning but nothing major).

I'm fucking way exhausted and my ankle hurts, just spent most of the day on a bus and I'm really worn out. Steph's expensive as shit iPod touch got stolen on the bus and overall it's been a pretty shitty day, and I miss Phoenix and all of you fine people. Thanks for a great evening last night, it was much needed.
