Well that was fun.  I really liked the Katamari Love cover in particular.  As someone who's tried the whole JP to English cover thing several times over, I have mad respectsies for people who pull it off that well.

Anywho, my entry was kind of an odd case for me.  It was mostly an experiment in getting back into playing guitar since I've been out of practice for a long while.  It's also the first completely non-vocal DoD song I've done.  Now that I look back on it though, the arrangement feels kind of minimalist and boring.  I wanted to do more with it, but I wasn't really sure what genre direction I wanted to go in, so it feels too much like a bare bones kind of guitar cover for my liking.  I toyed around with a bunch of ideas, but in the end, most of them just cluttered up the mix of the whole thing way too much.

Oh well.  On a side note, I'm honestly kind of surprised no one had done a single remix of Emiya on DoD before.  That song's almost on par with MM2 Wily Stage 1 in the crazy amount of remixes it's gotten, even in just official material.  (Also didn't think a name like "Shirou" would get that botched in the listening party announcements, but that's whatevsies)

I've just realized that this is the 5th Brevity month we've had so far :o

Such a good theme, mostly because it makes sure people have no excuse not to enter :D

Argh I have so many ideas and so little time to execute. Even for brevity month.

I don't know if I'll have enough time to enter but I'll try my best. ATM I'm working on an animation and that's super time consuming.

Done and submitted.

Brevity months are so cool. I don't know who came up with that idea, but give that person a cookie, on me.
