October 2nd at The Celebrity Theatre, 8pm.
Putting the MOCK Back in Democracy
with David Cross (Mr. Show, Arrested Development), Patton Oswalt (King of
Queens, Starsky & Hutch), Nick Swardson (Comedy Central, Malibu's Most Wanted),
Brian Posehn (Mr. Show, Just Shoot Me.
Music by The Naked Trucker (www.nakedtrucker.com)
If you like Mr. Show and alternative comedy, don't miss this show!
This is a comedy show to promote voter registration. It is non-partisan, though
the performers may be liberal. They'll be multiple voter registration table out
front.
Tickets are only $15 for general admission, $10 for ASU students with an ID
(plus a $2 service fee from Celebrity Theater). The performers aren't getting
paid for this, any profits go to support voter registration. There is nothing
going on like this anywhere else in the country, so let's go out and support
this. It is the cheapest professional comedy show any where in town, plus these
are some of the best comic minds in the world!
Tickets for the show are available at Hoodlums, Zia Records, Wet Paint,
Stinkweeds, Headquarters, Ash Ave. Comics, and Celebrity Theater Ticket
Office.
