take the 202 to 44th st exit right on 44th, go to 3rd stop light which is palm ln, turn left then go over 2 speed bumps and our house is on the right with a block wall and a red door!

(also, when Abe says turn "right" he means north... depends which way you're going on the 202...)
also -- oof, I hate to say this -- but we've lived here 11 years and I haven't heard live music in this hood since before they tore the church down and they had the "anti-Halloween" concert.
but it should be great
