I am a huge Nine Inch Nails fan and I anxiously await the release of "With Teeth", their years-later follow up.

I also saw NIN twice. Once when they opened for Peter Murphy in cleveland at the Phantasy theater. I guess that would have been early 1990? And again later that year when they played at the Metropol in Pittsburgh with Pretty Hate Machine. Both shows were seriously awesome...sooo much fun. I really only liked the 1st two albums though.

Oh, and ladydemon, I am right there with you.

Chromelodeon manages to get all the furniture from their hotel into the lake a few years back...and people are worried about shizzies?

I first saw NIN in 1990.

They were fucking opening for The Jesus and Mary Chain.

I thank that show beyond belief. I taught me what music I should admire.

It made me feel very good seeing that show.

Oh, and JAMC had a 20 minute feedback outro. It really was a great show. And I was fucking 15.

My fucking parents drove myself and my friends to celebrity theater, and picked us up afterwards. ROCK THE FUCK ON.

It's ok, you are among friends(4 x's for me). I prefer "Broken."

Did anyone else get a chance to see them when they played at the (now closed) Roxy in Phoenix (20th St/Highland) a few years back?

What's wrong with liking NIN? If that's a sin, i'm
screwed 'cause i've enjoyed a lot worse. I mean,
when I was 15 I was obsessed with Smashing Pumpkins
(the band) So much that I brain washed them with my
secret powers to be obsessed with me. IHA, YOU ARE
MINE. WHUAHAHAHAH (ew).

yeah, NIN = good.

ps - GOD IS DEAD!!

NIN and Counting Crows- melodramatic corporate rock factories- meh

I have to admit I was big into Smashing Pupmkins before they fired the lead heroin addict/drummer. So there you go.

I saw on TV that they had fired him and said "they might as well break up now". Then the got the guy from Filter and I knew it was all over. You don't replace Jimmy Chamberlain.
