Whatever. Even if he's guilty, they aren't going to release his freak show in with the general population. He'll get a fancy cell by himself to keep the Schillenger's at bay.

that's a tough call.
I think Michael is fucked up in the head and I do think he touched little kids but as messed up as what I am about to say sounds I don't think he did it with an evil motive. I think he has the mind of a child and wants to consider himself a child so he plays with children and acts like a child. Little kids experiment, and I think that's what michael was doing. I am not by any means saying what he did was right but I don't think he has the same mindset as the majority of pedophiles do.
I think he needs to seek serious help for his mental, and emotional conditions, but I don't think he deserves time in jail, that's not going to help solve anything.

robert blake, oj simpson, koby bryant - none of those guys went to jail for crimes they obviously committed. martha stewart did go to jail. so the hypothesis I would draw would be male celebrities don't go to jail, but women celebrities do... which means, it could go either way for michael jackson since he's both a man and a woman celebrity.
