I know, we're supposed to have parted musical ways, but as Lonna & I are nothing if not professional, we are honoring this pre-hiatus committment (okay, our management threatened us) Is it the last time that we'll ever play together again? Will we throw shit at each other on stage? Is it the start of something new? We'll see how it goes, but either way, it should be a very special night for us, and hopefully for you. I, personally, couldn't be happier to be playing with my ol' musical partner in crime. i would go to far as to say that if Hank Williams & Billie Holliday had 'done it', the result would be lucky to sing & write songs so sad & lovely as Lonna. The only sad part is that our old friend Jeremy will not be joining us, due to a recent head injury (that's the only thing that I can think of that would prevent him from joining us). The good news is that our dear friend & guitar hero James Miles will be joining us, along with Kevin Pate on stand-up bass....I also understand that Robin Vining will be joining us on piano, & who knows who else? Please join us for this very special night. We know that it is spendy, but, even when we were a steady thing, we only played in the Valley once a month, and we promise that we'll give you your money's worth. Additionally, Laura Cantrell is a class act...google her, she's gotta neat story, too.
