Ex robbed me of Live at Carnegie, now I just own a few of the "greatest comps". <--re of Billie
Listening to Lemmonheads: Drug Buddy and it occured the ex robbed me of It's a Shame about Ray too.

lost a few of billie's records too, and a pekingese...
no human on this planet has, or will ever "one-up" miss billie holiday.
bless her heart, and her music.
as far as lemonheads, i prefer 'car, button, cloth,' (which also contains 'drug buddy")
damn good record, and there's an authentic appreciation/understanding of mental illness on that one
"the comfort to find out you're losing your mind..."
(ol' evan dando wrote most of it in a 'lock down' psych ward, from what i know...
but ultimately he's small beans compared to billie...
and losing records from past relationships is utterly demoralizing!
take my soul instead! (wait... too late!)
