I remember when Joe turned 16 and his mom started letting him come to Vin Fiz shows. Boy, those were the days. At the time, the Modified hadn't yet finished it's original construction. Back then we just called him "Joe." "Modified Joe" came quite a few years later. Things sure have changed for Joe, he once met a really cute girl from Scottsdale but he broke up with her complaining that "she lived too far away." Now he is marrying a nameless nurse from Peru?!?!? Good for Joe.
