Hey guys!!! Come celebrate 3 years of electronic mayhem, dance parties, and hyperactive fun with DAT POLITICS & KEVIN BLECHDOM!!! Rave toy emporium, IDM Buffet, Bootylicious Dance Off : Guaranteed.

Leslie says, "They are, frankly, the shit."

DAT POLITICS: On tour from Lille, France, noisy indie rock, something gloriously silly, gloriously catchy, melodic and eminently danceable. They layer ludicrously catchy synth lines and cute, loud, impatient outbursts of silly vocal over rock-solid quirky house beats. They have Tigerbeat6 pedigree. They are, frankly, the shit, and "WOW Twist" is their best, poppiest album to date.

KEVIN BLECHDOM: On Chicks On Speed, she documents her cranked-up insecurities in mid-catharsis without any trace of apology, ramming aborted showtunes with farting electro-skronk, and mere seconds later flipping to self-conscious micro-melodrama. Weirdly abstract. Neo-banjo folk with a MAX/MSP glitch twist of irreverent gross-out humor.

NOT BREATHING: Legendary, infamous, wildly inventive Dave Wright has been cajoling and summoning noise from dusty circuitry since the late 80's. Transforming electrical detritus into top gear, designing analog synths, drum machines, sequencers, and effects units, his music is a pummeling stew of intertwining breaks, acids, techno, squall, and bump. Formerly of Invisible Records, forthcoming on Sublight Records, highlight of last months "Sound in the Ground", ready to party.

MENAGAM: Uplifting stew of bubbling video game nostalgia, percolating dance breaks, goofball feel-good vocals, top notch programming, and more melody than you could shake a 2x4 at... The sound of Mario DJ'ing in a virtual Ibiza.
