These last two weeks I have started going to the gym again (I decided if I was going to be paying for it each month, I may want to at least check it out ).
Well, I get bored real easy so I was looking for fast paced music to keep me going. So far I've been listening to Necronauts and I've lost five pounds (thanks guys).
Any other ideas?

ha ha! i have a few songs that pop up on my ipod while i run and here are a few that speed me up:
foo fighters-everlong.....i dont know what it is about this one...makes me run
springsteen-dancin in the dark
echo and the bunnymen- lips like sugar
broadcast has a good running beat
new order is good especially temptation
oh! and saint etienne...he's on the phone is a good one to run too.
the dancier of montreal songs are good.
have fun. perhaps i need to upload the necronauts on to my ipod too to see faster results!!!

Tool - "3rd Eye", the last song on Aenima. It's the perfect tempo for an elliptical trainer, and it's 12 minutes long, same tempo throughout.
