This isn't anywhere near Avondale and I'm not even sure if it's a regular thing, but the Phoenix Ranch Market on 16th Street & Roosevelt in Phoenix once was broadcasting some UFC PPV.

I thought it was odd, but pretty awesome.

cool, maybe i'll look into it for the next one. i ended up watching it at hooters in phoenix. better than paying 45 dollars for a ppv anyway.

i didn't see this earlier, but buffalo wild wings in avondale usually show ufc and fights. it gets pretty crowded. on mcdowell, west of dysart.
