This is Ashlea from BossaNovaHeatherNovas and I'm looking for a roomate to share a three bedroom, two bath house in Central Phoenix. The house is a corner lot in a great neighborhood with fantastic neighbors. Jen from Quarter Inch Crown said this was a good place to find someone who might be interested. It is 1,000 bucks a month, split accordingly (a little more for the master) plus half the utlilities. Landscaping is included (once every two weeks) and the yard is awesome. There is a tough shed off to the side of the backyard and there is an orange, kumquat and grapefruit tree in the back. It is all brandnew tile and wood floors throughout, completely rehab'd with a brand new a/c and heater unit. There is a gas stove (and I am an excellent cook who enjoys cooking for others) and a dish washer. Huge beautiful windows throughout pour in sunshine and the backyard has a large covered sitting area with a washer and dryer room off to the side. There is a two car carport with a gravel area next to the carport to hold two to three extra cars. There is also an office off the side of the livingroom. It's a really great deal. The person who I was going to move in with bailed out and I can't do it alone and need a roomate. I am a sucessful professional with no time or energy for drama or drugs. Absolutely none. Not even pot. I work weekends so really no party animals either. But this doesn't make me a bore. I enjoy the occasional dinner and cocktail party as much as the next. I have three cats, which doesn't constitute me for the delegation of "Cat Lady" but the applicant must be okay with them They really are great and don't have the typical annoying cat tendancies. They don't pee on things, scratch on what they are not supposed to or have attitudes. Quite chill. A third roomate is optional for the future and I already have someone in mind, which will knock the rent down to under 350 a month a piece. Male or female it doesn't matter, but you have to be openminded, as I am gay. If you have a confederete flag bandana in your pocket and are jammin' out to Toby Keith, you need not apply.
