Ok So:
I thought i was having problems with my washing machine, it kept going off and flipping the circuit braker. So i unplugged it, flipped it's circuit braker on and then tried to plug it back in but it started sparking, so i tried to unplug it but it was still sparking so i turned off the power to that outlet and tried to unplug the washing machine but one of the prongs on the power cord was melted to the outlet.

So i think there's a short somewhere to that outlet. In the wall probably.
I recently had a rat infestation (ok not an infestation, like 2 rats) and they might have somehow gotten in the walls and chewed a wire or something?

I need someone who knows how to check for electrical wiring problems on that outlet. An electrician.

Two Sparks Electric Inc. 602-778-9191. They rewired my Mother-in-law's entire 1928 home. Did a really good job.

I'm no electrician and I don't really know any, but I wanted you to know that I would stumble through the Electric Slide for you if that would be of any help.
