Had a large iced latte at Lola's this morning.
Came into work and was told we had free doughnuts, so I hit up our office espresso machine and am now drinking a 4shot latte.

went off caffeine for the 100th time about 6 weeks ago. i'm interested in what actually having some might do now. caffeine's never had a noticeable effect on me. i'd like to be able to drink a coffee/soda/tea and actually think, "whoa, i feel EXTREME!!!" ha

Caffeine didn't have an effect on me as much when I was younger (that I could tell), but as I get older my body seems more acutely reactive to things. I used to never feel any different after drinking a coke, now I do. It's weird. In some cases it's a good thing, in some cases, not so much.

a cup of half Iced Tea and half Sprite. It's like an Arnold Palmer, but way better.
