[Conan Neutron]

Hi everybody!
excuse my interloping.
This is Conan Neutron, I used to play in the band Replicator.
We played with many Shizzies (heh!), including HotFoughtCold, Sweetbleeders, the Mighty Minibosses, etc.
Anyway, Chris and I from Replicator have a new band called
Mount Vicious

It has people from the Holy Kiss, Boyjazz/Stay Gold Pony Boy and We're Gonna Fight the Eskimos Next in it.
That probably doesn't mean a whole lot to anybody outside the bay area.... but it's 2/3 of Replicator also.

We have a new record called: Don't Be A Baby, Come And Get It, out June 30th.
It's recorded by John Congleton of the pAperchAse, mastered by Bob Weston of Shellac.
You can hear two songs: Princess of the Brodeo and The Long Walk on our myspace page.

We don't sound like Replicator though, this band is more BIG ROCK.
Same power of the 'cator, but bigger choruses and anthem style and stuff.
Anyway, we're on tour for all of July, you can check our myspace site for songs as well as tour dates:

We're scheduled for July 3rd at The Ruby Room.
We've already asked a band that you can probably guessed we would ask, who seem into it, but are waiting to hear back, here's a hint:
This band is completely awesome and well liked by this board.
We're going to need somebody else to play this show though.

Suggestions?
(I'm guessing a HFC reunion is out of the question right?)

Anyway, just wanted to pop my cherry (ewww!) here, and give out a "save the date.
I'll update when we have our bill more set.

Sounds pretty good Conan. The Long Walk is awesome. The Princess song reminds me of some Jehu or Rocket From The Crypt with a dash of early QOTSA or Kyuss.

I didn't realize that we only had those two up... uploaded two more songs from the record we did with John Congleton.

For the record, this show is on like Donkey Kong!
we need bands to play with us though, because it looks like MV's #1 draft pick is out of the running.

Man, i'm so excited for this tour and to get back to Phoenix, it's going to be awesome!
