Either way, it was great...melted cheese on top and everything. The beans totally did NOT ruin it at all.

So last night I tried this with some variations.
First, I used cheese tortellinis. Second, I shredded some pepper jack on it instead of cheddar.
All in all, I found it very delicious. It has a distinct "bachelor chow" feel to it, but I would definitely eat again. Thanks for the idea!
